Five pillars of impact

From inorganic savings to full organic processing, our programs address the entire household waste stream, build lasting behavior change, and create circular economic value.
Waste Savings Program

Residents deposit sorted inorganic waste weekly. Each kilogram is weighed, valued, and credited to a digital savings account — withdrawable at any time.

Digital Tracking Platform

Our app-based system records every deposit, tracks savings balances, and produces aggregated impact reports — fully accessible to partner organizations.

Organic Waste Processing

Food scraps and green waste are processed through maggot cultivation, aerobic compost bins, and in-ground compost wells — producing fertilizer and animal feed.

Recycler & Buyer Linkage

Sorted inorganics go to verified recycling buyers; compost and maggot biomass are distributed to local farmers and residents — closing every material loop.

Environmental Education

Regular workshops on waste sorting, composting, and reduced consumption, building generational environmental awareness from children to elders.
