We have proven the model.
We have secured the site.
Now we need the facility to scale.
Since 2024, BSU Mandiri has operated a community waste bank in Sukabumi, West Java through a lean, community-led model — diverting over 10,000 kg of inorganic waste (2025 cumulative) and generating more than USD 600 equivalent in household savings for 124 families. We have validated the system at neighborhood scale. The next phase is expansion.
BSU Mandiri has secured access to development land at the Kelurahan Layak Anak (KLA) site in Subangjaya through formal municipal authorization. This location provides existing structures and open space to establish an integrated waste processing hub serving 1,156 households and 3,865 residents across RW 8, RW 9, and RW 14, based on official neighborhood administrative records.
We are seeking USD 16,000 in catalytic grant funding to establish the facility and support first-year operations. This investment will finance infrastructure, organic processing systems, collection logistics, and environmental education programming, with full financial documentation and quarterly impact reporting provided to funding partners.
